Total Joint Replacement Classes
Patients who are scheduled for a total joint replacement and their families/caregivers are required to take this class to learn about the procedure. Instructors will help patients understand the surgery and healing process and plan for their discharge from the hospital. Interpreters are available but must be arranged in advance.

Bariatric Surgery Information Sessions
Bariatric (weight loss) surgery is an option for those unable to reduce their weight through drugs or dieting. Bariatric surgery has been proven to be clinically effective. Patients who have weight loss operations generally lose two-thirds of their excess weight within two years, and with proper follow-up, most maintain a substantially lower weight permanently. Free information sessions are held every Friday.

You are invited to come to one of our "meet and greets" to explore our Certified Nurse Midwife practice and meet our midwives. Diapering and Baby Carrying Techniques
Attend this fun and interactive class and learn how using cloth diapers can benefit your baby and your planet at the same time. The class includes the theory and practice of baby carrying.
Items covered include:

- Common questions and possible frustrations of using cloth
- Reasons for baby carrying

Living with Cancer Support Group
Anyone whose life has been affected by cancer may attend. Interpreters are available but must be scheduled prior to the meeting. Studies have shown that people who attend groups like this have more resources to deal with all aspects of their illness. All of us need someone to talk with at different times. Interpreters can be available but must be scheduled prior to the meeting.
